- Own, monitor, and evaluate key workflows and processes related to sales, account management, and customer success
- Develop and implement analytical frameworks to address issues impacting revenue strategies
- Manage ad-hoc data analysis to support revenue strategy initiatives
- Serve as the first point of escalation for revenue-related issues, questions, and exceptions
- Establish and track key performance metrics to measure the performance of the revenue organization
- Minimum 3+ years in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM strategy role
- Bachelor's degree in business or a STEM-related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel; experience with analytics tools like Looker or Tableau is a plus
- Experience designing processes and workflows for large enterprises or high-growth startups
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to all levels of the organization
- Experience at a high-growth startup
- Strong business writing skills with a willingness to produce detailed documentation
- A proactive approach with a willingness to take on various tasks to ensure company success
