• Coach, develop, and lead a team of Loss Mitigation Specialists to meet quality and productivity goals
• Monitor daily operations for efficient task allocation and workload balance
• Analyze performance metrics to identify issues and implement scalable solutions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and advocate for borrower experience enhancements
• Contribute to special projects aimed at improving automation and reducing manual workloads

• 3+ years of experience in an operations role within a financial institution, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a metrics-driven environment
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions
• Proficiency in coaching and delivering structured feedback for team development
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills and demonstrated ownership mindset

• Experience in collections, loss mitigation, or operations call center at a financial institution
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Live Vox, or Google Workspace
• Background in auto lending or loan servicing, with knowledge of relevant regulations
• Experience leading initiatives related to automation or digital servicing tools
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
