• Forecast, develop, and execute territory strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets on a quarterly basis
• Leverage product knowledge to develop and maintain customer relationships while performing product demonstrations
• Develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers through various communication methods
• Document communications and keep the customer relationship management (CRM) database up to date
• Provide expert consultation and support to academic and industrial partners in the life sciences field

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Immunology or a related science
• Fluent in English and French; proficiency in German and Italian is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Broad knowledge in the area of expertise, including products, processes, and practices
• Demonstrated expertise in the competitor landscape and proficiency in the entire product portfolio

• Previous sales experience in a relevant field
• Proficiency in lab skills and ability to troubleshoot complex customer issues
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
