You’re motivated, detail‑oriented, and excited to work with leading brands in the craft beverage space. As an Account Manager, you will partner closely with customers to develop high‑quality apparel, headwear, and merchandise that tells their story one shirt at a time. You’ll manage both new and existing accounts, ensuring impeccable customer service, clear communication, and a seamless merchandising experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage order flow for non‑key and day‑to‑day accounts, from initial concepts to final production.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, collaborating with the design team to bring concepts to life.
- Drive revenue by efficiently managing existing accounts and proactively prospecting dormant or idle accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service, becoming a key resource to make merchandising easy.
- Work independently in a project‑management–based environment, maintaining accurate quotes, order writing, and project workflows.
- Communicate quickly and clearly, both orally and in writing, to extract brand feel from a client’s website and apply it to merchandise.
- Maintain a solid work ethic and can‑do attitude while meeting attention to detail in both output and processes.
- Previous experience as a salesperson or program manager in any fast‑paced environment.
- Basic knowledge and skills in sales and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
- Ability to analyze information from various sources and provide actionable solutions.
- Approachable personality with a strong customer‑service focus.
- Basic computer software proficiency (MS Office / G Suite; sales‑tracking tools) and strong record‑keeping skills.
- Comfortable with tools and systems required for order management and client communication.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university.
Pay: $56,000 per year (competitive), with a benefits package that includes:
