• Utilize industry best practices to ensure high service standards in customer interactions
• Monitor quality of engagement and process compliance across various business lines
• Implement systems to track compliance with quality requirements and call scoring
• Drive projects to identify opportunities for improvements in processes and outcomes
• Analyze data using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau to derive actionable insights

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Operations, Quality, Management Consulting, or Program Management, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Proven success in launching transformational quality projects that enhance productivity and customer outcomes
• Ability to quickly understand business priorities and extract insights from data
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust among diverse stakeholders
• Attention to detail with a focus on process improvement and documentation

• Experience with Gong and/or Salesforce
• Project management or industry certifications, such as COPC or PMP
