Pre-qualification Analyst

The Prequalification Analys t position will ensure that all customers applying comply with the required credit and legal profile standards defined by Forward Financing. You will report to the Prequalification Operations Manager and collaborate frequently with Sr. Operations Manager, People and Culture, Submission Onboarding, Prequalification, Quality Assurance, and Operational Strategy positions across the organization.

In this role you will

Comply with output and Quality Standards.

Keep departmental backlog at min required to consistently achieve SLAs.

Curiously and accurately assess and review customer information. Promptly document and elevate out-of-pattern findings.

Keep an active collaboration between pre-decision departments.

Follow the company's policies.

Keep an active participation on Lattice by filling out the weekly survey.

You are a recent college graduate, or about to graduate, with a degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.

Basic / Intermediate English communication skills, both written and verbal.

You are a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in accuracy.

You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with others to achieve a shared goal.
