- Assist in maintaining dashboards that track workflow SLAs, backlog volumes, and brand-level metrics
- Provide ad hoc data summaries for weekly updates and workflow performance reviews
- Identify friction points and opportunities for process simplification and automation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Operations, or a technical field
- 2-4 years of experience in workflow coordination, operations, or process support
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI or similar dashboard tools
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and workflow management
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and escalation
- Experience in user enablement and training across departments
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations and best practices
- Ability to work independently across time zones
- Detail-oriented mindset and self-motivated work ethic
