What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Support the creation and execution of strategies for Broker Distribution to meet sales and retention goals
  • Partner with Workforce Benefits Distribution resources to present the company's offerings to the broker community
  • Strengthen and grow relationships with brokers through regular meetings and engagement
  • Drive the pipeline of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to support sales efforts
  • Maintain strong connections with internal teams to ensure alignment on deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5+ years of experience in group benefits sales with a strong presence in the broker marketplace
  • College degree in business management, finance, or risk management, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to analyze data from various sources to support decision‑making
  • High degree of integrity and transparency in professional conduct
  • Self‑reflective and committed to continuous improvement in performance
