• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Mathematics, MIS, or a related field
• Minimum two years of SQL experience with strong proficiency in query development
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and data warehousing environments
• Advanced Excel capabilities for data manipulation and modeling
• Expertise in parcel reporting and network modeling

• Experience developing or evaluating RFP responses for large shippers
• Familiarity with transportation and supply chain concepts
• Understanding of parcel carrier pricing structures and service-level optimization
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects independently
