Overview

Jones & Henry Engineers is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate to identify new business opportunities from new clients and current clients to provide financial growth for the company and oversee the work of the business development team.

The home office for this position could be any one of our five office locations.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the President and Members regarding business growth
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth across the entire company
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
  • Research client needs and generate sales leads
  • Create and maintain a positive relationship with existing and potential clients
  • Travel to attend trade shows, member organization meetings, etc. to promote the company’s services
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after sales support
  • Propose and develop strategic partnerships
  • Other duties as assigned by the President and Members

This position requires a minimum of 50% travel.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications or related field from a four-year college and a minimum of ten years of experience is preferred.
