  • Invoicing & Payments: Generate and distribute weekly/monthly invoices and efficiently process various forms of payments.
  • Accounts Receivable: Track account balances, identify overdue payments, and conduct proactive follow-up on late accounts.
  • Billing Support: Provide prompt, clear, and professional billing assistance and answers to inquiries from families.
  • Agency / Subsidy Billing: Responsible for processing and collection of government program reimbursements.
  • Leadership: Ability to train, coach and engage Tuition Specialist(s) in a remote environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year demonstrated, hands-on experience with the Pro Care childcare management system is critical.
  • Must have experience with agency / subsidy billing (preferred states: TN, OH, KY, GA, FL, MD, SC)
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy in financial data.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear and professional interactions.
  • Excellent customer service abilities with a patient and helpful approach to family inquiries.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with a high degree of self-motivation and accountability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power point) with strong computer skills and standard office software.

Preferred:

Bilingual (English/Spanish), preferred but not required.

Pay: $40,000-$60,000 yearly based on education and experience.

This is a fully remote position and will report to the VP of Administration.
