• Conduct quantitative analysis and develop recommendations to optimize business processes and performance
• Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to identify key issues and recommend solutions
• Develop and publish Imports analytics and dashboards to track key metrics
• Collaborate with decision makers to define business requirements and resolve systems issues
• Review and analyze existing systems for effectiveness and efficiency, proposing improvements

• BS in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Statistics, Applied Math, or Computer Science strongly preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or supply chain
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Visual Basic, and Visio
• Experience analyzing large data sets and translating data into actionable insights
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a collaborative team style

• Proficient in Oracle and Oracle Discover reporting
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in priorities and manage workload effectively
• Experience with report writing and presenting analytical findings
• Strong sense of urgency and a proactive approach to problem-solving
