Global Business Services / Payroll: Global Business Services adds value to the McDonald’s system by providing best-in-class services and solutions in cost, time, quality and compliance. The McDonald’s GBS Finance North American Payroll Department delivers timely, accurate results with strong internal controls, serving over 65,000 active employees in the US and Canada.

• Lead the payroll processing for the North American payroll team.
• Support reporting, analysis and processing of COVID pay and other ad-hoc payroll duties impacting financial statements.
• Collaborate with customers including US and Canada Mc Op Co  Operations and HR, Home Office & Regional HR, Global Labor and Employment Law, Global Total Rewards, Corporate Tax and Regional Administrative Managers.

• Operate as part of a high-performing team focused on exceptional customer experience and quality results.
• Manage ambiguity, develop proactive thinking, and build cross-functional partnerships to meet business goals.
• Design, develop and implement new processes and enhancements for superior execution.
• Implement continuous improvement to achieve cost and processing efficiencies while improving employee experience.
• Solve complex situations by analyzing root causes and identifying sustainable solutions.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of payroll experience
• 3+ years of experience analyzing information
• 3+ years of experience solving problems at work
• 3+ years of experience developing, collecting and reporting metrics and SLAs
• 3+ years of experience identifying process efficiencies and implementing sustainable solutions

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and Service Now
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact with all levels and customer service focused
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to quickly build relationships and influence others at any level
• Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment with attention to detail and accuracy
• Understanding of the financial impact of data and ensuring transparency and compliance
• Advanced Excel and Word skills;
  Quantitative analytical skills

Salary Range: The expected salary range for this role is $75,700.00 - $94,620.00 per year. The above represents the expected salary range; final pay may reflect experience and other job-related factors.
