• Perform remote notarial acts for various real estate documents, including purchase agreements, loan documents, and deeds.
• Utilize secure online platforms to verify identities, witness signatures, and notarize documents in compliance with state regulations.
• Collaborate closely with real estate professionals, including agents, brokers, and mortgage lenders, to coordinate signings and address any specific requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of notarial acts and transactions, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

• Active Notary Public commission in your state.
• Previous experience as a notary public, with a strong emphasis on notarizing real estate documents, is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with remote notarization platforms and technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with real estate professionals and clients.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all documents are properly executed and compliant with legal standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
