• Conduct signings, administer oaths or affirmations, and certify document copies.
• Meet clients at various venues to perform notarial services.
• Follow notarial laws, regulations, and best practices to uphold integrity.
• Confirm document authenticity and signer identity.
• Keep accurate records of notarial acts and client details.
• Address inquiries and ensure positive experiences.
• Uphold integrity, impartiality, and confidentiality.

• Must be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check.
• Possess Notary Public Certification obtained through state‑specific education and exams, demonstrating knowledge of notarial laws and regulations.
• Customer service, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to answer borrowers' questions satisfactorily while enhancing job performance and maintaining positive interactions.

$125.00‑$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
