We are a fast-paced, founder‑led marketing agency helping personal brands, medspas, and wellness businesses grow through world‑class content and social media strategy. We’re known for our elevated creative, operational excellence, and systems that scale.

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Account Manager Intern based in Tampa, FL to join our remote team and help drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

• Handle all administrative tasks related to client accounts
• Create and manage Facebook Business Pages, connect to Instagram accounts
• Support team with content scheduling on Meta and Tik Tok platforms
• Edit captions to fit each brand’s tone and platform best practices
• Send content to clients for approval and track status within our portal
• Manage and maintain deliverable schedules across multiple client accounts
• Assist the team with ad‑hoc admin tasks to ensure smooth execution

• Must be based in Tampa (remote work, but Tampa‑based candidates only)
• Prior experience with Meta Business Suite, Tik Tok, and Instagram account linking
• Strong attention to detail and grammar skills
• Organized, proactive, and excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Notion, Google Drive, or similar
• Ability to take initiative and work independently with deadlines
