Your responsibilities

Acquire & manage clients – Prospect, pitch, and close new business with media agencies, in-house marketing teams, and direct-to-consumer brands. You’ll run the full sales cycle from first email to signed IO.

Negotiate independently – Structure deals that satisfy client objectives while protecting margin, always in line with UK legal and compliance standards.

Build long-term partnerships – Become a strategic advisor to senior decision-makers, expanding accounts through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.

Launch & optimise campaigns – Work hand-in-glove with Marketing and Operations to kick off, monitor, and scale campaigns against ambitious KPIs.

Forecast & report – Keep a rock-solid pipeline, deliver monthly/quarterly forecasts, and share clear insights with the SBL leadership team.

Scale the organisation – As revenue grows, hire, coach, and lead a high-performance UK sales team.

What you bring

4-6 years’ success selling digital advertising or performance solutions in the UK.

A track record of out-performing quota via self-sourced opportunities.

Confident deal-maker with deep knowledge of UK agency and advertiser landscapes.

Fluent in media metrics (CPA, CPL, ROAS,) and comfortable translating data into actionable insight.

Expert negotiator who balances client value with company profitability.

Start-up mentality: proactive, adaptable, and excited to build processes from scratch.

Willingness to travel across the region (≈20 %).
