Responsibilities
  • Analyzing data and market trends.
  • Being the Voice of the Customer within SPVG.
  • Creating a sales strategy to drive business growth.
  • Developing and managing team members.
  • Establishing strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Forecasting orders/sales monthly.
  • Work with marketing, estimating, and customer care, and be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy to increase business growth.
Education and Certifications
  • Minimum two-year technical degree and/or 3 to 5 years of related job experience.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment to meet team expectations.
  • Understanding and support of Company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to understand and abide by all safety rules and regulations to perform the job.
  • Must be able to read blueprints.
  • Knowledge of basic Mechanical Engineering concepts is desired.
  • Knowledge of the ASME Code, and ability to use ASME related software is a plus.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively work with internal and external customers in a team environment.
  • Corporate computer systems.
  • Microsoft Applications.
  • On-the-job training will be provided; prior work in related industry is an asset.
