Automotive Maintenance Coordinator - Remote

• Salary up to $24.20 per hour
• Additional compensation for weekend and evening shifts (up to $2.00/hour)
• Opportunity to earn extra $0.25/hr for each ASE certification held

• Provide timely responses to orders submitted via phone and email in an efficient and friendly manner
• Review service proposals to ensure compliance with manufacturer recommendations and appropriate pricing
• Negotiate pricing and warranty applications while creating and issuing purchase orders
• Contact clients to explain proposed repair procedures and obtain necessary approvals
• Recommend service locations and repair solutions to internal business partners

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Six (6) months of customer service experience required
• Six (6) months of automotive maintenance or repair experience required
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship

• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications preferred
• Experience in a lube shop, tire shop, repair facility, or dealership
