This individual will be responsible for service calls to our customers home/work and to businesses to perform recalls, battery replacements, software updates and more. You will be provided with a fully equipped Mobile Service vehicle, cell phone, wireless printer and windows tablet to complete the repair order.

• Perform service calls to customers at their home or workplace and to businesses for recalls, battery replacements, software updates and other tasks.
• Utilize provided equipment including a Mobile Service vehicle, cell phone, wireless printer and Windows tablet to complete repair orders.

• At least 2 years Auto Repair experience preferred
• Ford/ASE certification a PLUS. We will certify.
• Ability to be analytical and multi task
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to operate a computer to look up customer info and perform software updates for Ford
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Neat appearance and good attitude
