• Accurately assess damage and determine appropriate repair procedures
• Prepare and send completed estimates to customers via CCCOne
• Communicate with internal teams to clarify estimate details or elevate issues as needed
• Maintain accurate records by updating internal tracking systems and communication platforms

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience writing collision repair estimates, preferably using CCCOne
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and damage analysis
• Professional phone communication skills with the ability to clearly explain estimate details
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external interactions
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills

• Experience working in a remote environment
• Familiarity with multiple digital platforms for tracking and communication
• Ability to adapt to workflow changes and take initiative as business needs evolve
