• Assist field service technicians through inbound and outbound phone, chat, and email communications.
• Provide expert help on domestic vehicle repairs, specializing in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment systems.

• Adhere to a reliable work schedule, as some customer service queues are time sensitive.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or the ability to obtain them within six months of hire with reimbursement).
• Valid driver's license.
• One or more years of customer service experience in roles with customer interaction.

• Experience with electric vehicles (EV).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong typing skills.
