Full‑time remote position.

Work hours:

9:45 am – 6:15 pm CST. You will receive a home office package, including two computer monitors, a laptop, keyboard, and mouse.

• Answer incoming calls to determine coverage based on contract terms.
• Explain claim processing and the various levels of contract coverage.
• Accurately establish, review, and authorize claims.
• Enter claim and contract information into the AGWS system.
• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate minor to complex vehicle repair costs to determine coverage and liability.

• 2+ years experience as an automotive mechanic in a service department, dealership, or independent shop.
• 2+ years experience adjusting automobile mechanical claims.
• ASE certification is a plus.
• Quiet designated workspace for remote work.
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
• High school diploma.
