• Communicate with drivers to manage workshop appointments.
• Prepare quotations.
• Contrast the quotes provided by customers in their enquiries.
• Consult references and repair times in the different computer tools available.
• Provide mechanical advice on enquiries received.
• Check and record in the vehicle database (repair history).
• Manage the vehicle fleet according to the manufacturer's maintenance schedule.
• Communicate with workshops through the available channels to solve possible daily incidents.

• Intermediate or advanced automotive or electro-mechanical training.
• Previous experience in the automotive sector is an advantage.
• Danish C1/C2 is essential.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, mainly Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
