• Assist dealerships and auto manufacturer employees with parts information through incoming calls
• Provide directions to part warehouse locations and place orders for parts
• Locate parts using an online catalog and identify necessary corrections
• Conduct research to stay updated on new auto parts and offer accurate solutions
• Maintain a positive attitude while managing inbound and outbound communications

• One or more years of experience in an automotive retailer or dealership parts department
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of car and auto parts, with the ability to identify key components
• Computer navigation skills and typing proficiency (minimum 35 WPM)
• Must adhere to a reliable work schedule during operational hours

• Passion for research and problem-solving in the automotive field
• Experience with customer service in a fast-paced environment
