Auto Parts Consultant; Remote

• Answer calls from dealerships and auto manufacturer employees to assist with parts information
• Provide directions to part warehouse locations and locate parts in an online catalog
• Place part orders and identify corrections to auto parts catalogs
• Research and learn new auto parts to stay updated with industry knowledge
• Offer timely and accurate solutions through various communication channels while maintaining a positive attitude

• Minimum of one year of experience with an automotive retailer or dealership parts department
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Outstanding knowledge of car and auto parts
• Strong computer navigation and typing skills (at least 35 WPM)
• Ability to reliably adhere to scheduled shifts within operational hours

• Passion for research and problem-solving in the automotive field
• Experience working in a customer service role within the automotive industry
