Remote Data Processor

We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Data Processor to collect, organize, verify, and manage data for our organization. The ideal candidate is highly accurate, organized, and comfortable working with digital tools to process large volumes of information while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

• Input, update, and maintain data in internal databases and systems.
• Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Process documents, forms, and digital records according to company procedures.
• Clean and organize datasets to ensure quality and usability.
• Generate reports and summaries based on processed data.
• Identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Communicate with team members to clarify data requirements when necessary.
• Follow established workflows and meet processing deadlines

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Proven experience in data entry, data processing, or administrative roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data tools.
