Job OverviewTo provide a booking service for all Outpatient referrals, to be able to organise appointments using initiative in sometimes complex situations to ensure patients are seen within the Trust and Government targets.
Office based. 1 x Full‑time vacancy.
- Register Referrals
- Book appointments and cancel/re‑schedule appointments
- Make outbound telephone calls and handle inbound telephone calls
- Train to have an awareness of medical terminology to enable appointment booking
