Overview
Grade B - £28,598 - £33,699 per annum. Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review. Working 36.5 hours per week. Office based at Shelforce, Unit 21-22 Erdington Industrial Park, Erdington, Birmingham, B24 0RD
. We are looking for an Administrator to join our team who will provide administrative support to the Shelforce team, and client account management.
- Processing and inputting window and door orders.
- Ensuring orders meet with all applicable building regulations.
- Maintaining accurate records using databases.
- Processing requisitions and invoices.
- Dealing with a variety of stakeholders such as colleagues, customers and contractors with queries.
Ideally you will possess a good standard of education along with both good written and verbal English together with window manufacturing software experience. You will also be competent working with spreadsheets and word processing packages. Experience of working within a previous administration role in a production environment is essential.
