This is a hybrid role and requires presence in our Denver Office twice a week (Local Candidates Only)
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented professional to serve as a critical partner to our CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
In this role, you will report to the People Operations Manager and be an integral member of the People Operations team, while also providing high-level executive support across the organization. This is more than a traditional administrative role — you will act as an operational backbone for leadership, helping drive focus, organization, and execution in a fast-moving environment.

What you will do:Executive Support:
- Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization across internal and external stakeholders.
- Support client communications and outreach on behalf of leadership, when applicable.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and ensure follow-through on action items.
- Assist with board materials, facilitate the gathering and preparation of All Hands meeting decks, and support executive reporting.
- Anticipate executive and team needs before they arise and take initiative to solve problems with minimal direction.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance team effectiveness.
- Act as a gatekeeper and strategic partner — prioritizing requests, protecting executive focus time, and ensuring leaders are working on what matters most.
- Partner with the People Operations team on administrative and coordination needs.
- Support day-to-day office operations, including management of supplies, snacks, and company-sponsored meals.
- Coordinate vendor relationships and ensure the office environment is welcoming and well-organized.
- Help maintain a professional and functional workspace that reflects company culture and values.
- Help ensure team members have the resources and materials needed to be successful
- Contribute to a positive, organized, and high-performance team environment
- 3–4 years of executive assistant or high-level administrative support experience
- Experience supporting C-level or senior leadership
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding time management and ability to manage competing priorities
- High degree of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Google Workspace tools
- Ability to anticipate needs and operate proactively rather than reactively
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000k annually
