Location: Town of Belgium
For a multinational company active in the production and trading of raw materials, we are currently looking for an Accounting & Administrative Officer to join their small 5-people team.
In this very diversified role, you will act as the CEO’s right-hand (wo) man in the daily administration of the company.
This role is perfect for a precise, structured and autonomous person willing to take up a new challenge.
Accounting & Administrative Officer– The Role
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare the annual budgets for several entities
- Monitor cash flow and payments
- Act as the point of contact for the external accounting firms and auditors
- Manage recruitments and onboardings, act as the point of contact for employees in the company
- Identify new suppliers when required, manage negotiations with current vendors
- You have obtained a relevant bachelor’s degree (finance, accounting, HR, business administration…)
- You have between 1 and 5 years of experience in a similar role
- You are fluent in French and English, Hebrew is a strong asset
- You know your way around excel
- You are currently based in Belgium
- You are precise, meticulous, and able to work with a large degree of autonomy
