We are seeking a highly organized and experienced and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and supporting daily dispatch operations across the Northeast Markets. Key responsibilities include Portal administration, Preventative maintenance and Inspection tracking, Weights & Measures submissions to municipalities, Dispatch coordination (scheduler and organizer) for EV and Petroleum, and a variety of other administrative duties as assigned.
This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to solve problems effectively while maintaining exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Provide coverage and support for dispatch operations across all assigned markets
- Oversee and maintain customer portals to ensure accuracy and positive customer experience
- Track Preventative Maintenance, Inspections, and Weights & Measures submissions
- Become proficient in all dispatch systems and portals
- Assist with market specific reporting and administrative tasks
- Step in to dispatch during high call volume or as assigned
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
- Proven experience as a dispatching coordinator or similar role
- Strong understanding of dispatch operations, route optimization, and logistics
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Strong decision making skills with the ability to stay composed under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency with dispatching software and systems
- Adaptability to business and operational changes
- Must have flexible schedule to accommodate business needs
- Primarily sedentary, office based work
- Hybrid schedule (office and remote work)
- Occasional travel to other Owl offices as needed
