We are looking for a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Typist to join our team. In this role, you will enter, update, and maintain information in our digital databases and systems. This is a fully remote position that requires accuracy, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of data accuracy.
Responsibilities- Enter data into company databases and spreadsheets
- Review data for errors and correct any inconsistencies
- Maintain accurate records of entered information
- Update existing data when necessary
- Organize and maintain digital files
- Follow company guidelines for data entry and security
- Meet daily or weekly productivity goals
- Communicate with team members or supervisors when needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable internet connection and personal computer
- Good written communication skills
- Previous data entry experience is a plus but not required
- 100% remote work (work from home)
