, a leading local provider of roofing and exterior home services, is hiring a Part-Time Office Assistant to support our North Canton office. This position is perfect for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Assist customers with basic questions and provide friendly, helpful service
• Perform data entry with accuracy and efficiency
• Support general administrative needs, including filing, document organization, and scheduling
• Assist the office and accounting teams with day-to-day tasks
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all interactions

Work Schedule:

• 20 to 35 hours per week
• Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) is required: 9:00AM to 5:00PM on Saturdays, 9:00AM to 3:00PM on Sundays)
• Must be available to work Fridays 1pm-7pm

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with data entry
• Organized, dependable, and detail-focused
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• Prior office or customer service experience preferred, but not required
