* * Home-Based Administrative Assistant
** to join our DCX team and support a growing U.S.
-based client in the promotional products space. In this role, you will assist sales, creative, fulfillment, and vendor coordination teams by maintaining smooth operations, managing data and production workflows, and supporting internal and client communications. This position is ideal for someone flexible, dependable, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

** WHAT YOU WILL DO*
* ** Administrative Support
*** Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and organize clear meeting recaps for the team.
* Organize and maintain digital files, databases, and internal documentation.
* Prepare shipping spreadsheets including dropship and fulfillment lists.
* Create and manage shipping labels.
* Create, document, and maintain internal processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
** Production Support
*** Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, clients, and vendors.
* Request artwork and clearly articulate all necessary details and specifications.
* Create online catalogs featuring new products.
• Request or produce virtual mockups as needed.
* Update and manage marketing lists with frequently changing client information.
* Learn and create ESP and Sage presentations and independently research products and industry information.
** Creative and Production Knowledge
*** Understand creative and promotional product terminology.
* Know what vector files are and identify when they are required.
* Understand PMS colors and the differences between CMYK and RGB.
* Assist with reviewing basic art files and specifications before production when needed.
** WHAT WE LOOK FOR**

* Education:
** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
* *
* Experience:
** 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, production support, or related roles, preferably in promotional products, marketing, advertising, or creative services.
* ** Language Proficiency:
** Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills in English.
* ** Working
Schedule:
** Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within U.S. operating hours.
* ** Technical
Skills:
** + Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. + Canva skill is a big plus. + Experience using , Dropbox, and ChatGPT. + Familiarity with ESP, Sage, or other promotional product tools is a plus.
