Chesapeake Coaching of Oyster Point Psychological | Full time

Chesapeake Coaching offers life coaching for individuals who feel “stuck” in some way but do not require a mental health context for their difficulties. We provide assistance with assessment, plan development, and plan implementation.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Clerical Representative to assist with managing and maintaining accurate records within company databases and systems. This role focuses on entering, reviewing, and organizing information to support daily business operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working with data and administrative tools in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and spreadsheets.
  • Review documents and records for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and documentation.
  • Assist with preparing administrative reports and summaries.
  • Perform routine clerical tasks such as document processing and record tracking.
  • Communicate with internal departments to verify data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive or private information.
  • Follow company data management procedures and compliance guidelines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills.
  • 1+ year of clerical, administrative, or data entry experience.
  • Experience with database systems or document management platforms.
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Zoom or Slack.
