Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Manager based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work from home. The Administrative Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, streamline office procedures, manage schedules, and ensure efficient communication across teams. Additional responsibilities include maintaining efficient communication and documents exchange with Moscow Head Office, managing budgets and financial records, and assisting in maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
Administrative and operational skills, including office management, task delegation, and team coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management and client interaction
Budgeting, financial record-keeping, and reporting experience
Proficiency in planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Adaptability to hybrid work environments and the ability to effectively collaborate both in-office and remotely
Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Previous experience in a management or administrative role is a strong advantage
Knowing Russian language at professional level is a must
