This position offers hybrid remote work flexibility within Maine (minimum 2 in‑office days per week)
The PositionThe Data & Reporting group is responsible for centralized processing and reporting, monitoring efficacy of controls that ensure integrity of data systems, and other centralized work tasks.
- Ensure accurate entry, monitoring, and remediation of data across operation platforms
- Monitor the controls of operations by reviewing the completeness and accuracy of data, remediating as necessary
- Execute centralized work functions in support operations by acting as a resource for administrative support
- Generate centralized reporting for operations, management, and clients in the form of system, control, and performance reports
- One to three years of experience in comparable operational support, data quality, or data servicing roles
- Experience applying a high degree of accuracy in data entry must be maintained
- Experience developing and maintaining positive relationships with coworkers, clients, and business partners
- Experience with Bloomberg, Reuters, and Interactive Data platforms is a plus
- Demonstrates an ability to work independently with strong follow through
- Demonstrates an ability to quickly learn, adapt and understand complicated concepts to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and rapid change
- Scheduling flexibility to accommodate regular early morning or late evening tasks as assigned
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential, intermediate Excel with knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and filtering are preferred
- Two‑year college degree or 3–5 years related business experience.
