Internship Program Highlights:

  • Conclude your internship, presenting to our executives with a formal capstone presentation.
  • Access to company events, employee incentives, and membership eligibility
  • Assist in organising, cataloguing, and maintaining photos and videos from community and employee engagement events
  • Create internal visual recaps and content using Canva and Power Point
  • Draft internal Huddle posts highlighting community events, volunteer activities, and employee participation
  • Support the preparation of internal recap materials for meetings and presentations
  • Maintain internal content folders
  • Track content tasks and deadlines using
  • Update task status and follow established workflows and checklists
  • Coordinate with the Community Development Support Administrator to confirm event details and timelines
  • Review internal content for accuracy, appropriateness, and inclusion
  • Handle internal materials with professionalism and discretion
What we Need from You:
  • Two years of undergraduate education currently enrolled towards a bachelor’s degree in:
    Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration or related field
  • Basic experience using Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Basic experience using Canva
  • Familiarity with  or similar project management tools
  • Experience creating short-form video or visual recaps
  • Interest in community development, employee engagement, or nonprofit work
  • Experience organising digital files and content libraries
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
  • Professional demeanour and attention to detail
Work From Home and Hybrid Requirements:
This particular position is Hybrid and requires in-office / plus work from home days to our offices in Uniondale, New York:
  • Internet speed of 100 mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to ).
  • Able to dedicate a quiet space for daily work that is free of sound interruptions.
  • All equipment will be provided by Jovia (Computer, Monitor, Headset)
