What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Audit manifests daily by verifying notes, adding revenue, and reviewing expenses for payment
  • Invoice assigned clients on a daily and/or weekly basis
  • Understand and maintain client contracts and billing instructions
  • Communicate with field operations for clarification and resolution of discrepancies
  • Train as backup for other billing specialists as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Computer literate with general knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in billing or collections within the logistics or transportation industry
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize workload
