Life Tutoring Services, Inc. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to support daily operations by coordinating tutoring sessions and managing schedules for students and instructors.
The ideal candidate will help ensure that tutoring appointments are scheduled efficiently while maintaining clear communication with students, parents, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage tutoring schedules for students and instructors
- Schedule new tutoring appointments and adjust existing sessions as needed
- Communicate schedule updates to tutors, students, and parents
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and databases
- Assist with calendar management and appointment confirmations
- Monitor scheduling conflicts and resolve them promptly
- Support administrative and operational teams with scheduling tasks
- Ensure timely communication regarding cancellation or rescheduling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in scheduling, administrative support, customer service, or office coordination preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple schedules and appointments efficiently
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
- Familiarity with online scheduling tools, calendars, and office software
