We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO who will act as a trusted partner, providing high-level executive support in a fast-paced, international environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, excels at anticipating needs, and brings structure, focus, and professionalism to the CEO’s daily operations.
As PA to the CEO, you will ensure that the executive office runs smoothly, enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities while you manage the flow of communication, information, and decision-making.

What will you do as PA to the CEO at DESOTEC?In this role, you combine classic executive assistance with a strong coordination and stakeholder management focus:
You proactively manage and optimise the CEO’s agenda, ensuring clear priorities and efficient time allocation.
You act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal & external stakeholders, handling communication with professionalism and discretion.
You prepare, follow up and actively attend Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation and action tracking.
You provide backup support to the broader SLT, ensuring continuity and alignment when needed.
You anticipate needs, flag potential conflicts or risks, and act as a trusted sparring partner to the CEO in day-to-day operations.
As PA to the CEO
, you report directly to the CEO and interact frequently with the Senior Leadership Team and other key stakeholders across the organisation.
You are a seasoned professional who thrives in an executive environment:
You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree
You have more than 5 years of experience in supporting C-level leaders or senior executives.
Strong track record in executive assistance, office coordination, or business support roles.
You are highly organised, structured and able to juggle multiple priorities with confidence
You communicate fluently in English and Dutch
; knowledge of French and/or German is a strong asset
You are digitally savvy, with a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related collaboration tools
You combine discretion, assertiveness and adaptability
