Position: Entry-Level Admin Assistant (Remote) Data Support

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to support remote operational workflows across teams serving the MENA region, including the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. This fully remote position is designed for individuals who are process-driven, structured, and comfortable working independently while maintaining accuracy and consistency in daily administrative tasks.

This role plays a key part in supporting business operations, administrative coordination, and internal data management. The selected candidate will assist with maintaining organized records, updating operational trackers, monitoring workflow progress, and ensuring documentation standards are consistently upheld. By keeping systems clean, accurate, and up to date, you will directly contribute to overall operational efficiency and internal clarity across regional teams.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals beginning their career in administrative support, remote operations, business coordination, or data management. While prior professional experience is helpful, it is not required. Responsibilities Administrative Data Management

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and structured administrative records that support reporting and operational workflows. This includes updating spreadsheets and shared documents using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel on a daily basis. You will review entries for completeness, ensure formatting consistency, standardize naming conventions and regional identifiers, and correct obvious errors or duplicate records. Missing or unclear information must be flagged promptly for follow-up.

Maintaining organized folder structures, consistent file naming standards, and clean datasets will be an essential part of your responsibilities. Your focus on data integrity will help ensure downstream reporting and decision‑making processes are supported by reliable information.

Task Coordination and Workflow Support

In this role, you will assist in organizing and tracking incoming administrative requests. You will categorize tasks according to established internal workflows and assign or route them to the appropriate team members. Monitoring progress from assignment to completion will be part of your daily responsibilities. You will follow up on delayed or incomplete tasks to ensure timelines are maintained and outcomes are documented clearly.

Effective written communication will be important when clarifying incomplete instructions or requesting missing information. Your work will support transparency, accountability, and smooth coordination across remote teams.

Operational Tracking and Reporting

You will maintain operational trackers to ensure visibility into completed work, pending items, and ongoing tasks. This includes logging daily updates, recording issues identified, and documenting items requiring further action. Periodically, you may prepare brief summaries outlining progress and outstanding items. Identifying recurring data inconsistencies or workflow gaps and escalating them appropriately will help strengthen overall operational processes. Accurate tracking contributes to better performance measurement and more efficient remote collaboration.
