Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail‑oriented Assistant Entry‑Level Admin (Remote) – Data Support to join our growing remote operations team. This position plays an important role in supporting administrative workflows, maintaining structured datasets, and assisting with operational processes across teams serving the MENA region, including the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in administrative support, remote data management, and operational coordination. The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy organising information, maintaining structured systems, and ensuring records remain accurate and reliable.

As a Remote Administrative Data Support Assistant, you will help maintain organised records, update operational trackers, monitor workflow progress, and support teams by ensuring information remains complete, accurate, and easy to access.

No extensive prior professional experience is required. Structured onboarding and training will be provided. Success in this role depends on attention to detail, consistency, organisational discipline, accountability, and clear written communication.

Key Responsibilities Administrative Data Management & Record Keeping

You will support the maintenance of structured datasets used for operational reporting and administrative workflows.

  • Updating spreadsheets and internal databases using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
  • Reviewing data entries for completeness, formatting consistency, and accuracy
  • Standardising records (names, contact details, region identifiers, internal notes)
  • Identifying duplicate records, missing fields, or inconsistencies
  • Flagging incomplete or unclear information for clarification
  • Maintaining structured file naming conventions and folder organisation
  • Logging updates, corrections, and revisions made
Task & Administrative Request Support

You will help coordinate administrative tasks and ensure requests are processed efficiently.

  • Reviewing incoming administrative requests and categorising them appropriately
  • Routing tasks to the correct team members when necessary
  • Tracking task progress from assignment to completion
  • Following up on overdue or incomplete items
  • Maintaining clear documentation of task status updates
  • Communicating clearly when information is missing or clarification is required
Tracking Systems & Reporting Support

Accurate tracking helps maintain operational transparency.

  • Updating operational trackers for completed, pending, and in‑progress work
