Data Entry Clerk Specialist – Remote is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data within company systems and databases. This role plays an important part in ensuring information is organized, reliable, and accessible for internal teams.

This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
. The role supports operational efficiency by maintaining accurate records and assisting with data management tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry & Management
    • Enter, update, and maintain data in internal databases and systems
    • Review information for accuracy and completeness before submission
    • Verify and correct data discrepancies when necessary
    • Maintain organized digital records and files
  • Record Maintenance
    • Update existing records and ensure information remains current
    • Manage spreadsheets, documents, and tracking systems
    • Assist with organizing and archiving data files
  • Quality Control
    • Perform routine checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency
    • Follow established procedures and data management standards
    • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information
  • Administrative Support
    • Assist with basic administrative and reporting tasks
    • Support teams by retrieving and organizing information when needed
    • Communicate with internal teams to clarify or verify data
