We are seeking a Remote Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to busy professionals by managing both professional and personal responsibilities with discretion and efficiency. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and capable of handling sensitive matters with professionalism and sound judgment.

In this position, you will help streamline daily responsibilities by coordinating schedules, managing communications, organizing information, and handling a variety of personal and administrative tasks. Your ability to anticipate needs, maintain confidentiality, and stay organized will allow the professional you support to focus on high-priority work and decision‑making.

Scope of Work
  • 1) Calendar and Scheduling Management
    • Manage complex calendars that include both professional and personal commitments.
    • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and reservations.
    • Send reminders and maintain accurate records of scheduled commitments.
    • Balance overlapping priorities while ensuring schedules remain organized and efficient.
  • 2) Communication and Correspondence
    • Manage incoming calls, messages, and emails, screening and prioritizing communications when appropriate.
    • Handle personal and professional correspondence on behalf of the employer.
    • Maintain organized contact lists and communication records.
    • Coordinate communications with service providers, staff, or other contacts when necessary.
  • 3) Travel and Logistics Coordination
    • Research and book travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
    • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and briefing materials.
    • Coordinate reservations and travel logistics to ensure smooth travel experiences.
  • 4) Personal and Household Coordination
    • Coordinate household services and communicate with vendors or service providers.
    • Manage online purchases, deliveries, and product returns.
    • Track subscription services and manage renewals or cancellations.
    • Assist with family logistics or scheduling needs when applicable.
  • 5) Financial and Administrative Support
    • Process bill payments and maintain expense tracking records.
    • Organize digital documents, files, and important personal records.
    • Prepare briefing notes, documents, or summaries when required.
    • Maintain organized systems for personal and administrative documentation.
  • 6) Lifestyle and Personal Project Support
    • Coordinate special occasions, events, and gift arrangements.
    • Assist with personal projects or life‑management tasks.
    • Handle confidential personal matters with discretion.
    • Provide general life‑management assistance that supports daily productivity and organization.
Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum two years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant preferred.
  • High level of trustworthiness and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Resourceful problem‑solving mindset and ability to anticipate needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
  • Flexibility to accommodate occasional urgent requests or schedule adjustments.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and commitment to high‑quality support.
  • Comfortable using digital tools, scheduling platforms, and communication software.
  • Previous experience supporting senior professionals or executives is strongly preferred.
