Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant, located in Ridgefield, WA, with some flexibility for remote work. The Executive Assistant will handle administrative support tasks, manage scheduling and communications, organize and oversee workflows, and provide high-level support to ensure efficient operations. Additional responsibilities include arranging meetings, preparing presentation materials, assisting in managing projects, and supporting the leadership team with organizational needs.

This role requires excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to making processes more efficient.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in executive-level scheduling, calendar management, and email communication
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflows
  • Ability to create and maintain accurate documentation, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Experience with digital tools and platforms for efficient task management and collaboration
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and clarity
  • Ability to adapt to hybrid work environments, demonstrating independence and self-motivation
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative, executive assistant, or operational role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred but not mandatory
