Office Operations Coordinator / Office Manager (Part-Time, On-Site)
Location:
Downtown - Denver, CO
Schedule:
Tuesday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (24 hours per week)
Pay Rate: $26–$27 per hour
Parking:
Assigned parking provided
Our client is seeking a dependable Office Operations Coordinator / Office Manager to support day-to-day operations at their downtown Denver office. This role will serve as the primary on-site point of contact, ensuring the office runs smoothly while supporting employees, coordinating vendors, and managing building relationships. The position focuses primarily on office operations and administrative coordination, with occasional assistance coordinating basic IT support with the internal IT team.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day office operations and serve as the on-site contact for employees
- Coordinate with building management regarding facilities needs and office-related matters
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate services as needed
- Accept and coordinate deliveries, catering, and office supplies
- Support internal meetings, office events, and quarterly emergency meetings
- Maintain office supplies, kitchen inventory, and workspace organization
- Assist employees with basic IT troubleshooting and coordinate with the IT team when escalation is required
- Serve as a professional and welcoming presence for employees and visitors
- Prior experience in office management, office operations, or workplace coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day office needs
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Zoom
- Experience coordinating with building management or facilities teams
- Exposure to basic IT troubleshooting or working with IT support teams
- Experience supporting office meetings or workplace events
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
- As a contractor, including remote contractors, you may be required to complete a background check.
