Position: Notary Coordinator (Remote) (11am- 8pm PT)

Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of administrative duties to assist in the escrow process
  • Schedule signing appointments and obtain closing documents from escrow
  • Communicate with customers and escrow staff via phone and email
  • Initiate transaction creation in various applications for signing appointments
  • Monitor a team inbox and assist with general support for the escrow department
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of escrow-related experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and possess strong verbal/written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of company and/or client operating systems
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
