Schedule
- Schedule: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, however, must be flexible to accommodate international calls/customers. Overtime might be required at times.
- Duration: 6 months, extension and/or conversion possible based on performance and business needs.

- Working from home is sometimes possible, however set weekdays, or a set number of days WFH, is not possible. At times, they will need to be in the office 5 days per week, while other weeks they can work from home 2 days. It will vary on team workload, scheduled responsibilities, and business activities. - Pay range-- $25–$28.00/hr.
The Warranty Analyst is responsible for providing leadership and direction to exceed quality standards and customers’ expectations with continuous improvements to reduce labor and material costs.
YOUR IMPACT- Document and maintain all warranty repairs by means of a database filing system.
- Work with engineering and manufacturing personnel to resolve repetitive warranty claims.
- Contact customers to schedule a Service Technician to perform warranty repairs on the road.
- Set up all necessary connections for the Service Technicians on the road; this would include flights, rental cars, hotels, money, and working locations.
- Maintain a strong background of new products developed by [business].
- Exhibit good computer skills using One-Warranty and Microsoft Office systems.
- Maintain a strong background of new products developed by [business].
- Initiate work order numbers for incoming warranty.
- Create no-charge sales orders, track parts, and provide tracking using ERP system.
- Associate's degree and three (3) years of related experience
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- A proactive self-started with strong attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two (2) or more years of relevant experience
- Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Services and warranty experience

- This role is primarily performed in a professional office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and temperature-controlled settings.
- Duties are largely sedentary, requiring extended periods of sitting and using a computer and telephone.
- Visual acuity to operate a computer and read documents is required, along with auditory ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings.
- Occasional movement within the office environment is necessary, including walking short distances, standing, or reaching for files.
